To Muslims the second most important book, after the Holy Qur’an, is Sahih al Bukhari. This is a collection of sayings, and actions of Prophet Muhammad(Peace be upon him). Imam Bukhari the author started that collection, with a very important hadith. The Importance of that hadith, is the basis of all actions within Islam. The hadith is as follows:
Narrated by ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab:
I heard Prophet Muhammad(Peace be upon him) saying, “The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for.”
